Full eternity bands feature diamonds set continuously around the entire circumference of the ring, creating uninterrupted brilliance from every angle. These make a luxurious statement but cannot be resized later. Half eternity bands, alternatively, have diamonds set across the visible top portion of the band (typically covering half to three-quarters of the circumference), with a plain metal band underneath. This design offers practical benefits: they're more comfortable for daily wear, can be resized if needed, and typically cost less while still creating impressive sparkle from the viewing angle.
