Our Process

During the end-of-year period, our crafting time is approximately 10 weeks. Pieces from this Boxing Day engagement selection will be ready from 18 March, 2026.

Duty-Free Collection

Not immediately. Our terms require your flight number, date, and time within four weeks of your invoice date. If these aren’t supplied within that timeframe, the GST component will need to be paid.

Diamonds & Gemstones

We don’t work with client-supplied diamonds

Aftercare

Absolutely. We always recommend bringing your Naveya & Sloane piece back to us for resizing so we can ensure the craftsmanship is cared for with the same precision it was created with.

Your first engagement-ring resize is complimentary. Additional resizes, as well as adjustments for wedding bands or fine collection pieces, carry a small charge. Pricing depends on the metal and the size difference, just reach out if you'd like a quote.

We also encourage ordering your correct ring size where possible to avoid unnecessary adjustments. When a resize is required, a faint line at the join can sometimes appear, a natural part of the process.

Services

A service includes:

A detailed inspection under the microscope to ensure your settings remain secure
Any necessary tightening or realignment as the metal naturally settles
A professional polish and clean

Additional services such as further resizing, rhodium plating, or repairs from accidental damage can be arranged at a cost. Simply get in touch with any questions.

What we offer

Yes - we offer engraving on all N&S pieces. We aren’t able to engrave jewellery from other makers.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is crafted to order, we’re unable to offer exchanges.
