Our jewellery is designed and crafted to stand the test of time, but like anything, care must be taken with anything that is worn on a regular basis. Here you'll find all you need to know about getting your Naveya & Sloane jewellery serviced and repaired.

Engagement Ring Service Concierge

They may be made from some of the strongest precious materials, but jewellery, like anything precious, needs to be looked after and maintained over its lifetime to ensure it can be enjoyed by generations to come.

Your engagement ring will enjoy three complimentary services after purchase taking it through the first 5 years of its life. We recommend the first service after a year, then every 2 years there after.

Here we’ll give your beautiful ring a full check-up, where we will check and tighten any gemstone settings, professionally clean it and give it a full polish. We’ll also be able to advise you if there is any maintenance or repair work required.

Booking a service

Getting your ring serviced is easy, just follow these steps:

  1. If you're able to drop your ring into our Queen St showroom located at 44 Queen St, Auckland CBD, we'd love to see you, otherwise follow the steps below to send your ring to us for servicing or repairs.

  2. If you're sending your ring from outside of Auckland (within New Zealand), please complete and submit our Service Request form here with your details.

  3. Read our ‘How to send it’ information in the FAQ’s below.

  4. Safely package your ring (see below instructions in FAQ’s) and pop it in a courier post bag or box.

  5. IMPORTANT: Be sure to include your full name and phone number in the ‘Sender’ Details section on the postage bag/box so we know who the beautiful piece belongs to.

  6. Put your parcel in the post between Mon-Thurs and send your tracking number to engagement@naveyasloane.com the same day you send it for insurance purposes. We'll let you know once it has safely made it to our showroom.

  7. The service will be completed and we’ll let you know if there is any maintenance or repairs required at which point this would also be completed.

  8. We will courier your ring back to the delivery address provided in your Service Request form. Please note there is a $10 courier fee.
