Your journey begins with a relaxed, friendly chat with one of our jewellery designers, either in our welcoming Auckland or Christchurch showroom or remotely if you're based elsewhere. We regularly work with clients from all over.

We take the time to get to know you and hear a little about your partner, their style, their story, and what makes your relationship unique. Whether you already have a vision in mind or you're starting from scratch, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Creating something meaningful is what we love to do.

With your budget and vision in mind, we’ll help you handpick a stunning diamond or coloured gemstone to bring your design to life.

This part of the process is all about discovery. You’ll learn about different stones, explore options, and find the one that speaks to you. It’s not just informative, it’s fun and inspiring. Once your perfect stone is chosen, we begin designing a setting that will beautifully showcase it.

Next, our designers sketch your concept by hand, turning your ideas into a refined visual design.

This is a truly collaborative stage. We’ll share ideas, welcome your feedback, and fine-tune the details until you’re completely happy. We can redraw and adjust the design as many times as needed. Our goal is to create a one-of-a-kind piece your partner will adore.

With the design finalised, your ring is lovingly crafted in our Auckland workshop by our team of master jewellers and diamond setters.
