Enduring design and craft is in our nature. All Naveya & Sloane pieces are produced with the highest levels of care and integrity to last a lifetime as part of our commitment to circularity. Alongside our own iconic bespoke designs, we can artfully repurpose gemstones and transform your beloved vintage jewellery into reloved statement pieces that will continue to live on sustainably for years to come
PRECIOUS MATERIALS
We work respectfully with the earth’s rarest and raw materials at our on site workshop in Auckland. Natural diamonds and precious metals are a true gift of nature, a finite creation from mother earth herself to be treasured. In honouring this natural gift, we're committed to ensuring the diamonds and gemstones we work with are ethically sourced in line with the internationally recognised Kimberley Process programme which independently tracks and traces these precious resources.
PEOPLE
We love our people. We're proud of what we do and strive to make the world and our workplace a more genuine and romantic place everyday. Led by our Head of Team and Culture we’ve developed a progressive and growing list of team benefits including flexible working for young families, a volunteer community day, wellness speakers and a dedicated duvet day - for that genuine down time when it's needed. Our on-site jewellers and setters workshop is home to our world-class team of mastercrafters, dedicated to our mission of total transparency and passion for the best. Positioned alongside our Auckland showroom we welcome workshop visits from clients who are curious about the provenance of our craft.
