As all our engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order we do not accept any returns so please choose your jewellery purchases carefully. We will replace or repair any items that are deemed to have a manufacturing defect (please refer to our current sales terms and conditions printed on the back of quotes and invoices for this information). If you have any questions please contact us.

Naveya & Sloane are not in any way liable for general wear and tear; physical/accidental damage; scratches, dents or marks to any metal surface; damage caused to the jewellery by you or another party; loss of gemstones or diamonds; loss or theft of an item.

Please note if you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand we are unable to facilitate resizes, services and/or repairs for international clients unless the jewellery is shipped at the owners expense. There will also be a courier charge to return the jewellery once the service or repair work has been completed. Click here for more information about our repairs and services.

All pricing quoted on this site is an indication only. All pricing will be confirmed based on the gemstone chosen in consultation with a Naveya & Sloane team member. Every gemstone is unique and selected specifically for you and your budget. Please contact us for more information regarding pricing on this site.

All Naveya & Sloane white gold items are rhodium plated to give a bright white finish to the jewellery. This plating will be worn away under normal wear and tear. Rhodium plating needs to be replaced through the lifetime of the jewellery at the customer's expense.

Naveya and Sloane Limited retain the rights to all designs created including but not limited to all custom designed pieces, signature collection pieces and the designs for clients creating an original setting to make, reproduce and display.

Naveya & Sloane does not refund or accept returns on diamond's or complete Original Setting ingots.

All Designs created from the Original Setting service or any other process remain the sole property of Naveya and Sloane Limited. Naveya & Sloane retain the right to quote, make amendends to any designs, make, and reproduce all designs.

Naveya & Sloane is a New Zealand based company for trading and registration purposes.

The name that will appear on your statement will be Naveya & Sloane.

Your account will be charged in NZD.
